We are pleased to offer the following ongoing weekly programs at Avalon School of Music.  They are a practical application of what you learn in your private lessons:
 
Rock Shop Class Available Mondays - Thursday Nights
Our Rock Shop classes continue to do well and our students are having a blast rocking out with Brett! There may be a spot for you to play keyboard, drums, guitar, bass, or vocals. Talk to your instructor. If you want to learn how to play in a real Rock Band, then this is the class for you!!! Come and Try it out for free! (first session is free for new students) The bands host their own Rock concert once a year (see News & Calendar Page) and also have opportunities to participate in local battle of the bands and other community based events. Country/Blue Grass Band
Meets Tuesdays from 6-7PM at the Avalon Park School. This band is led by instructor Patrick Janka and includes, Guitars, Banjos, Mandolin, Violin, Piano, Accordion, Bass, Drums and Vocals. If you like country and/or Blue Grass, you'll have fun in this group... Monthly fee is $80 and there are opportunities to perform at several Avalon Park events throughout the year.
